This page has two parts: the Bridge Package Terms, which apply when you book, and the Website Terms of Use, which apply to anyone using this site.
Bridge Package Terms
Please read these terms before booking. By completing checkout, you agree to them.
What the package includes
The Bridge Package includes one virtual occupational therapy evaluation and three 45-minute virtual sessions for one child, for a one-time price of $799.
Add-on sessions are $125 each and are available only to families who have purchased the Bridge Package.
An episode of care
The Bridge Package is planned and priced as a single episode of care. The evaluation and sessions work together, and your therapist plans them as a set from the start.
- Payment is due in full at booking.
- Unused sessions are not refunded, including when your child is admitted to ongoing OT before the package is complete.
- We encourage you to use remaining sessions even after ongoing OT begins. They can focus on your child's transition and on carrying home strategies forward.
Expiration
Packages and add-on sessions expire 6 months from the date of purchase, so your evaluation and strategies stay relevant to your child's current stage of development. Sessions not used within that time can't be refunded or carried over.
Location and eligibility
Services are provided by telehealth only. Your child must be physically located in New York or California during each session. A parent or guardian must be present for every session. A referral from your child's doctor is required before the evaluation.
Rescheduling and missed sessions
Add your rescheduling policy here, such as how much notice you need and whether a missed session counts as used.
Payment
Alongside OT is private pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Not for emergencies
Alongside OT does not provide emergency or crisis care. If your child needs urgent help, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, such as sending spam through the contact form, submitting false information, or trying to disrupt or access parts of the site you're not meant to.
Other services
Some features rely on other companies, such as Stripe for payments. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We aren't responsible for websites we link to.
No guarantees
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Alongside OT isn't liable for losses that come from using the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York (confirm).
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and protect your information.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they're posted here, and the date below shows the latest version.
